Jaclyn Paul is an author based in Baltimore, Maryland. She also writes fiction under the name Lena George. Since 2014, she has published information, advice, and essays for adults with Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) at the popular blog The ADHD Homestead. Her writing about ADHD has also appeared in ADDResources, ADHD Roller Coaster with Gina Pera, A Dose of Healthy Distraction, and Houston Family Magazine.

Jaclyn is also author of the bestselling book Order from Chaos: The Everyday Grind of Staying Organized with Adult ADHD. Her first novel, She’s Not Home, debuts in spring 2023.
